Sign Up And Approval:

There are no hard and fast requirements, so, sign up and approval on Adsal is quiet easy. To sign up on Adsal, the all you need is to fill up a simple registration form and submit it. After submitting your application, you will be asked to activate your account by clicking the verification link sent to your registered email.
Once you have activated your account then you can log in to your account and submit your website for approval. The approval process doesn’t take longer than 24 hours. However, in my case they took around two hours only to approve my website.
They accept both adult and non-adult content websites, so, all publishers can apply to join this network.

Currently Adsal offers only pop-under ads as it only solution to publishers.

Stats Reporting System:

Adsal offers a good stats reporting system where you can generate reports for specific or all websites together. Its stats reporting system shows impressions, unique impressions, unsold traffic, amount, eCPM, daily earnings and total earnings. It also offers a global distribution map, which helps you to track down your traffic and analyze who are liking your content.

Minimum Payout:

The minimum payout is very competitive to some very famous Pop-under ad networks. The minimum payout on Adsal is only 5$.

Payment Options:

Adsal offers two different payment options to publishers which are PayPal and Payoneer. However, i can only see PayPal as payment option in my account.
But as per the network details submitted by them to Ad Nets Review, they have mentioned that they offer both PayPal and Payoneer. So, if Payoneer is your primary option, then i would recommend better to ask them for more details regarding Payoneer payments.
