In advertisers account, i have found that the minimum bid starts from only 0.0001$ and there were various targeting options to target the best audience for your campaign. The various targeting options offered by SmartXads are country targeting, device targeting, keyword targeting, browser targeting, language targeting, website targeting and content targeting.
They also offer a great real time stats reporting system for advertisers where they can see the detailed stats of their campaigns and also, they can breakdown their reports by using various filters offered by them.
They offer three different funding options for advertisers which are PayPal, Paxum and Wire. They also offer a great support via ticketing system where you can even set the priority of your support requests.
The support for publishers is also same where they can also generate tickets if they have any queries or if they need any kind of support. Sorting out users queries is their first priority.
